We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Shapellx shapewear, which is why we offer a 60-day window for easy returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and brand tags remain intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
